Cruise Visa / Passport Requirements - Information For British Citizens

If you are a British Citizen, generally you will require a full passport for all cruises described on this website.

You should have at least six months to run after the last date of your proposed cruise dates.

To be eligible for a British passport you must have British nationality. This is a matter of law and can be complex in some situations. If you are unsure, check the facts here before you apply.

You should check with the travel agent or cruise company to ensure you have the correct documentation, including visas.

Some ports allow block visas, which are usually arranged by the cruise company otherwise you may be required to apply for individual visas.

Allow at least six weeks for your application for a British passport and a further six weeks for each visa application.
